Our History

Ours is a family owned operation, one that was first established by Bob and Viva Stroyke in 1975. In 1994, brothers Bryn and Robb Stroyke took the lead and have since worked to develop their former brokerage, Stroyke Properties, Inc. into the preeminent high-end boutique brokerage and real estate development firm in the South Bay. In 2019, they co-founded the expanded brokerage brand, Bayside Real Estate Partners. Under Bayside, the brothers formed the Stroyke Properties Group along with a team of highly experienced, professional agents who are here to deliver client success above all else.
