About Cecilia

Cecilia Agraz is a real estate broker with Stroyke Properties Group specializing in Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach.                            
                                                   
She's been competing professionally on the AVP and FIVB beach volleyball tours for years and still is — which means she knows these neighborhoods the way most agents don't. She trains on the same beaches every week, has lived and competed here for over a decade, and understands the rhythms of life here in a way that shows up in every conversation with a buyer or seller.  

Cecilia grew up on a family farm as a first-generation American, played D1 indoor volleyball at Fresno State, graduating from the Honors College, and is fluent in Spanish. Beach volleyball brought her here; the people made it home.
