With over ten years of experience, she has created a precise system and trusted list of resources and networks to maximize each client experience and investment.

She has successfully advised a wide range of clients from luxury high-end buyers and sellers down to first-time home buyers and investors with intelligent hyper-local and national market knowledge.

Karina works earnestly on each listing or purchase with creative marketing, negotiating skills, and resources explicitly customized to the client’s needs and goals.

Karina Pacific has developed a customized process that helps sellers sell their home for more money in the shortest amount of time, and buyers negotiate the best deal and terms.

There are multiple negotiating opportunities to save dollars and maximize her client’s return. Understanding these tools for each client is Karina’s priority.

Born in Mexico, she understood the pride, honor, and security that owning property gave her single mother, a sentiment she carries on to her clients.

Besides advocating for her client’s investments, Karina is also a Certified Classical Feng Shui Consultant. She enjoys helping others leverage their homes’ energy protentional to enhance their health, relationships, and prosperity.

Karina also believes in the value of service and takes great pride in servicing her community. A fellow Rotary member, she also supports Younglife and non-profits that advocate for children.
